Basic Classes include:
fundamentals of Belly Dancing with focus on proper technique, posture and alignment, slow fluid movement, isolations,
precise hip and torso work, arm positioning and body lines, dancing with silk veils, finger cymbals, rhythms
and musicality, finger cymbals,
and innovative choreographies
Clear explanations
and breakdown of movements are given along with helpful metaphors with consideration of different learning styles and
a touch of humor. Some meditative and therapeutic techniques may be used when appropriate.
